It was my first Android phone, which I thought got stolen, but must have been sitting in one of my cars. It was in my stepdad's garage, and still works even. Busted screen though, but it was already like that. It's an HTC Aria running Android 2.2. I hadn't seen this phone since summer of 2011, so it'd been missing awhile. It's a 3.2" touchscreen and it looks so tiny compared to my current phone.
I mean, c'mon, 3.2" screen, compared to my current 5.5" screen. The entire HTC fits on the screen of the LG, with plenty of room to spare. The HTC is what ignited my love for Androids, and having owned 4 Androids, and 5 iPhones, I vastly prefer the Androids.
Car for your time:

Fun fact. It's a Beetle underneath, and the back around the buttons is the windshield.

My smartphone progression:
2006 - Cingular 3125 a.k.a. HTC Startrek - Windows Mobile 5.0 GSM/EDGE flip phone
2007 - HTC S620 unlocked - Windows Mobile 6.0 GSM/EDGE styled like a Blackberry
2008 - AT&T HTC Tilt a.k.a. HTC TyTN II - Windows Mobile 6 (and then upgraded to 6.1) GSM/EDGE/HSDPA resistive touch screen with the stylus + sliding keyboard dealie
2009 - Apple iPhone 3GS
2011 - Motorola Droid RAZR
2012 - Samsung Galaxy Nexus (Verizon)
2013 - LG G2 (Verizon)
So far the only one I've managed to keep for 2 years was the 3GS, but the G2 is going strong after 14 months of ownership and I feel pretty confident that I'll make it a while longer yet.

Quite a few smartphones there.
My progression was iPhone 3G, HTC Aria, some Sony Xperia which kinda sucked, iPhone 4, ZTE Avail, iPhone 4, iPhone 3GS, iPhone 4S, and now the LG G3. I've owned a few dumb-phones in that span as well.

My Aria is still my back up phone, works great! I recently switched it back to stock ROM, just because. I thought about using it just the other day fro nostalgia's sake.

They are good phones. I'm testing it out thoroughly, because I'm going to sell it. It still seems to work ok, and I'd forgotten that it had a trackpad on it as well. I got it essentially for free back in 2010, and used it for a year and a half before it got lost. By far, the longest lasting phone I've had, even with the busted screen. It's ridiculously small by today's standards, and was actually somewhat small even when it first hit the market, but I do like the phone.

I dropped mine in a cup of coffee, it got all in the display but once it dried out it still worked, changed the back light and digitizer for a few bucks. Man I liked that phone.

I found my old iPhone a while ago:
The sim tray is missing, The hold button doesnt work, The speaker doesnt work, The volume buttons dont work, the microphone doesnt work, the earspeaker doesnt work, you have to turn it on by plugging it in, you have to lock it with jailbroken utilities, the camera lens is cracked, but it works (technically).

That phone is a prime example of why I buy apple products: Even when its broken, it still works
